What Youll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Governance Compliance and Insights team you will lead Front End development for critical components of our industry leading solution for Human Risk Management.
- Work with Product Management and Design to refine and implement new features user interfaces and behaviors.
- Develop deploy support and maintain a sophisticated modern UI.
- Participate in Back End development as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers Architects and Engineers in the US and UK.
- Participate in and help drive Agile development processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation with your colleagues.
- Push for continuous improvement in everything we do.
What Youll Bring
- Experience with full stack development on Java or C# with emphasis on Front End
- Experience with Typescript and React (including hooks like useEffect and useContext)
- Experience with modern styling approaches including SCSS SASS Material UI and Tailwind
- Experience with JS/TS unit tests with tools like Vitest Jest and React Testing Library
- Experience configuring FE tooling like Vite and linters
- Experience with CI/CD build pipelines especially using GitLab and Jenkins
- Familiarity with effective use of AI tools for development testing or documentation
- Familiarity with AWS or similar public cloud offerings
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with docker containers Kubernetes and Helm
- Familiarity with digital communications tools like Zoom Slack and MS Teams: Not just how to use them but how they work and integrate

Please ensure the job advert field includes the following statement: The base salary range for this position is $144000 - $216000 base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
