What you will be doing

As part of a dynamic team you will collaborate on and manage a diverse portfolio of engineering projects from NPI (New Product Introduction) to Chemical Compliance and everything in between. You will be at the heart of projects that shape cutting edge solutions working with cross functional teams. This role offers an exceptional platform to develop and grow your career.

Key Accountabilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery to cost specification and time for a defined package of work or projects.
• Establish develop and maintain the documentation necessary to deliver the package of work or projects.
• Act as the focal point for all aspects related to the packages of work or projects.
• Manage risk and identify treatment options.
• Provide information necessary to make management decisions tothe key stakeholders
• Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of plans / schedules
• Ensure compliance to functional standards and policies
• Organise and chair project review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made
• Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
• Contribution to the local Project Management Community of Practice

Key Experiences and any Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
• Ability to demonstrate management of high complexity projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focussed mindset with transferable experience from a client facing or service driven role

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge or Experience with P6 and/or SAP systems
• Project Management Qualification (APM Prince2 Agile or equivalent)
• Previous exposure to project based environments
