Job Summary

At Coinford we specialise in groundwork and concrete frames delivering large-scale projects across the UK. Right now were looking for skilled professionals with deep drainage experience to join our team and help us drive excellence in construction.

What Youll Be Doing

Reading and working from technical drawings and site documentation.
Competently setting up and using trench boxes drag boxes and manhole boxes.
Using pipe lasers for accurate installation.
Installing concrete clay and plastic pipes (all sizes) ensuring correct bedding surrounds and full testing.
Managing groundwater effectively including selecting and setting up pumps to suit each project.
Completing trench backfilling to specification.
Benching manholes to a high standard.
Working safely around live services applying service avoidance techniques.
Supporting external works including kerbs edgings slabs and block paving.
Applying detailed knowledge of underground drainage road construction kerbing slab laying and external works.
Carrying out daily plant safety inspections and maintenance checks reporting requirements to site management.

What We Require

CSCS Skilled Worker or similar qualification
Provendeep drainage experience with strong technical skills.
Ability to work safely and efficiently within drainage gangs or as part of a wider groundworks team.
Skilled in handling materials and equipment for underground drainage and external works.

Desirable Skills & Experience

5 years in groundworks and deep drainage.
CPCS/NPORS* tickets for Telehandlers Dumpers or Rollers.
Experience working within or leading drainage gangs/teams.
