Job Opening: Warehouse Manager
Location: Coastal Precast Systems
Salary: Based on Experience
Coastal Precast Systems is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position for an organized safety-minded individual ready to lead daily warehouse operations and support our production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory control and shipping
- Manage warehouse staff and schedules
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Coordinate with production logistics and purchasing teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (precast or construction industry a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems spreadsheets etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
