Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads via email phone video and chat
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Schedule appointments for test drives and in-store visits
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Follow up with leads regularly to build relationships and close sales
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge promotions and digital sales tools
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but also not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
