We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Wrangler to lead revenue-generating initiatives and curate unique guest experiences at our hotel in Joshua Tree CA. This role will be a dynamic role focused on developing immersive on-property experiences that capture the spirit of Joshua Trees natural beauty and artistic community.
This individual will be located in the Twentynine Palms CA area. This is a full-time on-site exempt position that reports to the General Manager. This expectation is for this The salary range for this position is $70000-$75000.
The Property
At Reset the desert takes center stage. Nestled just outside Joshua Tree National Park in the city of Twentynine Palms Reset Hotel provides unique access to some of the most iconic views in the United States. Each of Reset Hotel Twentynine Palms 65 rooms offer guests a private patio uninterrupted mountain views and the comforts of a boutique hotel.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience in sales business development or event management within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
Strong knowledge of experiential travel hotel markets and the Joshua Tree region (or similar destination).
Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients vendors and local partners.
Creative thinker with the ability to design and implement unique guest experiences.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems sales platforms and event management tools.
