Key Responsibilities:
Perform ICM (import customs manifest) back-office tasks and collaborate with internal teams.
Coordinate with Front Office and OTCX (One Team Customer Service) teams to support operations.
Manage transactional processes import manifests and reporting using tools such as Excel SAP BI and local country systems.
Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth ocean import operations.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong background in documentation.
Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.
Ocean import knowledge and experience.
Strong time management to complete tasks on time.
A proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.
Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.
Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.
Preferred Educational Background / Work Experience:
Bachelors Degree of any course.
3 years work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
Experience to handle import customs is a nice to have.
Willing to work in day shift schedule and hybrid working arrangement.
