SIS Account ManagerPosition Overview
Shaw Industries is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our SIS team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for annuity clients overseeing all aspects of account service and program execution. The Account Manager plays a key role in onboarding new accounts implementing service programs and maintaining long-term client relationships across market segments such as government retail corporate education healthcare specified living and hospitality. Success in this role is measured by the ability to manage service operations efficiently maintain accurate account data resolve issues promptly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet client expectations.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Associates are expected to work in-office on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday while Monday and Friday are remote workdays unless business needs require on-site presence.

Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts managing service programs from onboarding through ongoing support.
Coordinate service execution through Winbid E-commerce and wholesale systems.
Maintain detailed account records including pricing reporting rebate processes and contract terms.
Respond to proposal requests by defining scope of work identifying material and labor needs negotiating labor costs and preparing formal proposals.
Oversee order processing including coordination with Customer Service and Transportation order entry production scheduling shipping installation and invoicing.
Manage blanket inventory levels to meet account requirements.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients suppliers service providers sales teams and purchasing agents.
Collaborate with SIS Business Managers Solutionists Marketing Support Services and Sales on RFIs RFPs contract negotiations and pricing updates.
Ensure client compliance with contract terms and pricing agreements.
Travel as needed to support service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
Train and mentor Account Coordinators to support account operations.
Resolve account-related issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure timely billing and job closings.
Monitor financial performance of accounts including project cost reconciliation margin analysis and profitability tracking.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service programs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED ; associate degree or relevant college coursework preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management administrative support or customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with industry practices including blueprint reading flooring installation procedures and jobsite conditions is beneficial.
Experience working with general contractors and understanding GC operating procedures is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and make independent decisions.
Comfortable in customer-facing environments and willing to travel as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Google Docs; PowerPoint experience is a plus.
Experience with Winbid or Shaw Integrated Solutions systems preferred.
Willingness to contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
