A substantial part of the 200-acre Viking Lakes mixed-use development this destination is home to the Minnesota Vikings headquarters Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium. The location is easily accessible from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul the Mall of America and airport with additional uses for the planned development to include corporate offices retail restaurants and entertainment.
The 320-room luxury hotel features more than 35000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and pre-function space including a 7500-square-foot ballroom a 4410-square-foot event center and six two-story hospitality lounges for groups and meeting planners to utilize. From small board meetings conferences and large galas or special events to Sunday football tailgates and more the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel accommodates groups of all sizes with its robust meetings offerings multiple food and beverage venues a signature spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.
Job Description
Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is seeking a Lobby Attendant. This position is responsible to service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public an associate restrooms lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.

Salary for this position starts at (based on experience): $18.00/hour. Full Time Associates at Omni Viking Lakes are entitled to elect the following benefits: Medical Dental Vision and other healthcare benefits Paid Maternity Leave 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. Omni Viking Lakes reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Responsibilities
- To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
- To service all public restrooms in lobby lower lobby and pool areas.
- To service the executive offices.
- Services both mens and ladies associate locker rooms.
- To service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space.
- Keep lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
- Ensure all ash urns throughout property are neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure water fountain and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times.
- To service guest and associate elevators.
- To ensure that hotel guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
- Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues or any concerns.
Qualifications
- Able to maintain a 4 diamond level of service.
- Able to work with Management on special projects.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Maintain a professional business appearance attitude and performance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift.
- Must be able to move lift carry push pull and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.
Working Environment:
- Interior of hotel dining room and restaurant kitchen with occasional travel around resort property as needed.
- Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
