Retail Bakery Manager Tempe
Location: Proof Bread 699 S Mill Ave Tempe AZ 85281
Pay: $45000 annually
Schedule: Full-time

Proof Bread is hiring aRetail Bakery Managerfor ourflagship Tempe location. Youll lead a team oversee daily operations and ensure every loaf pastry and customer interaction reflects Proofs values of craft care and distinction.
This role combines traditional retail management with unique responsibilities: managing prep integration (e.g. syrups sandwiches compound butters) overseeing FOH warehouse distribution across locations and driving community engagement in Tempe and at ASU.
