To perform mechanical repair work of aircraft structural component.
Able to perform at least 01 of the followings:
- Mechanical Repair
- Part Forming
Utlize & interpret blueprints to fabricate sheet metal products
Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used
Use of sheetmetal forming equipment to form sheetmetals with 2D contours
- Part Replacement Work
- Assembly and Disassembly Work
Setup alignment jig/ ASMJ for repair work
Perform basic troubleshooting in assembly work
Handle and be responsible for the task individually
Carry out repair process to meet job delivery
Fill in production planning and quality records
Clear routing/work packages upon job completion
Produce good quality repair work
Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop
Ensure good discipline and shopfloor safety
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
2. Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in the maintenance repair & overhaul of nacelle components
3. Understanding of blue prints repair instructions & sketches
4. Possess CAAS A12 B11 & L11/L12 papers would be advantageous
5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
6. A team player with a positive working attitude and keen interest to learn
7. Fresh school leavers will be considered for an entry level position
