We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy growth and adoption of our Hexagon EAM platform across the organization. This role will be responsible for building and executing a 5-year roadmap in close collaboration with Hexagon (the product vendor) internal business units Managed Services vendor partner and IT teams. The Senior Product Manager will oversee platform maturity drive user adoption and manage customizations integrations and enhancements to maximize value delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with deep expertise in Hexagon EAM or similar platforms and a proven ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions.
What will I be doing
- Define own and execute the 5-year product roadmap for Hexagon EAM in partnership with Hexagon and business stakeholders.
- Drive platform maturity and adoption ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business outcomes.
- Lead discussions with business units to gather requirements prioritize needs and translate them into platform enhancements and product features.
- Manage the lifecycle of customizations integrations and upgrades ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Hexagon on product updates innovation opportunities and adoption of new capabilities.
- Establish and monitor key metrics to measure adoption performance and ROI of the platform.
- Ensure platform governance standardization and best practices across business units.
- Act as the primary product owner balancing competing priorities resource constraints and long-term strategic goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends asset management practices and Hexagons product evolution to guide internal strategy.
What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need
- Demonstrated years of IT experience with at least:
- Demonstrated years of hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM OR
- Demonstrated years in Enterprise Asset Management platforms and solutions.
- Proven experience in product management or platform ownership roles ideally within large asset-intensive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management maintenance operations and digital transformation practices.
- Experience defining and executing long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with vendors and multiple business units.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels manage competing priorities and deliver results.
- Excellent communication leadership and change management skills.
