Job Duties
The Program Manager provides coordination and oversight of assigned clinical services at a secure residential facility.
Ensures the effective operation of assigned programs including but not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day onsite oversight of vocational services and operations.
- Providing input in the development of program-specific policies and procedures.
- Hiring training developing and retaining caregivers.
- Ensuring staff conformance with applicable clinical and operational performance standards.
- Providing a first-line response to member complaints and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
- Partner with Operations Director to determine annual program objectives and achieve clinical and financial program targets.
Your Qualifications
- One (1) year of relevant leadership experience(s).
- Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health/CD/behavioral health field.
Bachelors degree in behavioral health or related field required preferred - associates degree required.
- Drivers License proof of auto insurance and driving record that adheres to policy guidelines if necessary for program service delivery.
