Job Duties
The Program Manager provides coordination and oversight of assigned clinical services at a secure residential facility.
Ensures the effective operation of assigned programs including but not limited to:

  • Providing day-to-day onsite oversight of vocational services and operations.
  • Providing input in the development of program-specific policies and procedures.
  • Hiring training developing and retaining caregivers.
  • Ensuring staff conformance with applicable clinical and operational performance standards.
  • Providing a first-line response to member complaints and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
  • Partner with Operations Director to determine annual program objectives and achieve clinical and financial program targets.

Your Qualifications

  • One (1) year of relevant leadership experience(s).
  • Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health/CD/behavioral health field.
  • Bachelors degree in behavioral health or related field required preferred - associates degree required.

  • Drivers License proof of auto insurance and driving record that adheres to policy guidelines if necessary for program service delivery.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to cognitively analyze & reason to perform the above responsibilities.
  • Possesses effective communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Clinical skills appropriate to the assigned business unit.
