Job Description

Behavioral Health Professional (Therapist)
Location: Phoenix AZ Peoria AZ Deer Valley AZ

We are hiring an independently licensed Therapist (LPC LCSW LISAC) to provide therapy in our Intensive Outpatient Program. This role supports individuals with substance use PTSD post-incarceration challenges and co-occurring behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy & facilitate IOP groups (23 hrs/day 5 days/week)

  • Develop treatment plans & document services within 24 hrs

  • Use evidence-based practices (CBT REBT motivational interviewing etc.)

  • Support recovery re-entry and community reintegration goals

  • Collaborate with care team peer coaches and family supports

Requirements:

  • Masters in behavioral health field

  • Independent license (LPC LCSW LISAC) required

  • 2 years behavioral health experience

  • CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certification

  • Strong communication & EHR skills

  • Must be 21 and pass background TB and drug/alcohol screening

Work Setting: Outpatient clinical environment with group and individual facilitation.
