Duty Manager

Join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa as a Duty Manager where youll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at a renowned hospitality destination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across various departments ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Lead motivate and support staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Address guest inquiries complaints and requests promptly to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing regulations.
- Work with department heads to optimize operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations including Opera and industry best practices.

- Competitive salary of 34200 per annum plus approximately 3600 in tronc.
