Job Description
Job Title: Technical lead (.NET Architecture Oracle PL/SQL SOA Healthcare AI/ML Cloud)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Lead Technical Architect overseeing systems architecture engineering administration configuration troubleshooting performance tuning preventative maintenance and security operations.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web-based enterprise applications with MVC and C#.
- Strong background in servers systems and infrastructure including IoT device integration cloud platforms and network security with expertise in Web Application Firewall (WAF) and network layer issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) with Python for chatbot development and web application components.
- Extensive expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development including packages triggers stored procedures functions scripts and cursors.
- Deep experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and secure application integration web services (WCF) REST APIs (Web API) message processing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
- Experience developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
- Proficient in cloud technologies across Azure AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience developing and maintaining healthcare applications with HIPAA-compliant PHI data handling and HL7 transformation.
