Role: Travel LPN/LVN - LTC

Location: Waterloo NY 13165

Shift: 8 hrs Rotating Days/Evenings; 8 hrs Nights and 8 hrs Days.

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 40 hrs per week/5 days

Pay breakdown:

• Hourly rate-$40.00 $15.50 taxable $24.50 non-taxable
• OT rate - $60.00
• Weekly Gross-$1600.00 $620.00 taxable $980.00 stipend
  • Completion Bonus: $1000.00
  • Lodging: $630.00
  • M&IE: $350.00

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN for a day/evening/night shift position in Waterloo NY. This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and provides excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
• 1 year of LTC experience required
• Travel experience required
• NY state license required
• AHA BLS required
