Data Collection: Unit Information: Emergency Department Location: HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe Address:504 Medical Center Blvd Floor: 2nd Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -30 Number of Staff Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 Charge 9-10 nurses 2 techs 1 secretary 3 mid shifts (11a-11p) o Night Shift - Same Patient Ratios 1:4 Type of equipment bedside monitors IV blood administration EMR -meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ACLS/BLS/PALS or ENPC TNCC Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
