Job Description
Evergreen Deployment Technician: This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes (computers & some peripherals) for the duration of the FY26 Evergreen project.
Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
Technicians will be traveling to various county buildings in county vehicle driven by full time employee.
Specifics tasks include but are not limited to:
- transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push pull or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
- imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
- scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow completing computer refreshes reclaiming and transporting old computers and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus.
