Job Location: Road Atlanta GA 30349
Short Description:
Under direct supervision installs configures & supports a local area network wide area network internet system computers desktops &/or mobile devices. Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Job Summary:
- Under limited supervision oversees the installation configuration and support to a local area network wide area network internet system computers desktops and/or mobile devices. Recommends equipment improvement or replacement. Serves as highest advanced-level subject matter expert providing authoritative guidance for professional staff. May also serve in a lead role.
- Responsibilities include:
- Installing and configuring software hardware and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator
- Experience with databases networks (LAN WAN) and patch management
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
Skill/Required years of exp:
- Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Experience as a System Administrator - 3 years
- Experience with databases networks (LAN WAN) and patch management - 3 Years
- Experience installing and configuring software hardware and networks - 3 Years
- Experience monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. - 3 Years
- Experience managing network servers and technology tools. - 3 Years
