Position Title: LPN / LVN
Location: Montour Falls NY
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Evening (48)
Hourly Pay: $32 $35
Weekly Pay: $1024 $1120
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate detail-oriented and dedicated LPN/LVN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians while adhering to all clinical and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic bedside care including administering medications wound care and monitoring vital signs
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and mobility
Maintain accurate patient records and document clinical observations
Report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or physician
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Support a clean safe and organized environment for patients and staff
Educate patients and families on care plans treatment procedures and health maintenance
Requirements
Current and valid LPN or LVN license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program
CPR/BLS certification (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
