Our Valves team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

As a Application Engineer you will play a vital role in creating technical solutions that fulfill the needs of our customers. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product guidance and scope for new requisitions . You will also be working and learning with the biggest names in the energy industry.
As an Application Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and develops technical solutions as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team.
- Possessing a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies.
- Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
- Working together with people from the business geared towards specifying activities planning of activities and giving technical advice
- Communicating with immediate team and supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics project status and research.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Familiar with Japan Nuclear regulations.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in control valves.
- previous experience in a customer facing role for a minimum of 3 years is preferred.
- Be able to demonstrate fluency in both English and Japanese language.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to work on your own.
