- Manage all aspects of the Hopson Health staff and operations of the Wellness Center
- Lead a team of full-time and part-time nurses and staff
- Promote an energetic environment and cultivate a culture of community at Hopson Health
- Inspire clients to utilize all resources effectively to achieve personal wellness goals
- Conduct goal-oriented consultations with all clients
- Focus on membership acquisition and retention including referral/lead generation activities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the wellness center
- Maintain impeccable standards of center maintenance
- Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings to introduce new wellness protocols
- Ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures by staff
- Conduct tours of the wellness center for potential clients
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with membership sales
- Administer IVs and IMs
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a nurse preferably with a managerial background
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Motivated and passionate about health and wellness
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and afternoons
