Position Details:
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations serving as the leader for the business. This role offers full autonomy to manage operations costs and the P&L while driving growth and profitability. You will have the opportunity to lead teams strengthen your leadership skills and play a key role in the success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include managing service operations inspections repairs and maintenance. You will also lead service managers planners and administrative assistants while overseeing technicians safety training and addition you will serve as a key customer-facing leader maintaining strong relationships with high-level clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with:
- Experience managing teams and a strong understanding of financial principles including P&L management.
- Financial acumen with the ability to contribute to profitability.
- Leadership skills that prioritize people management over technical expertise (though a background in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus).
- Attributes of courage integrity respect and a safety-first mindset.
- Prior service-related industrial experience is preferred as is a background in combat arms within the military.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $120000 to $125000
- Bonus potential: up to 60% of base salary with an additional 10% safety bonus
- Structure rewards high performance with the opportunity to exceed income targets.
