In this position you will develop and maintains material and construction standards associated with its secondary and primary electric distribution system. This position supports the Companys design and field construction including formal training and mentoring of operating and office personnel. This position conducts root cause analysis of failed equipment coordinates new product trials and works with manufacturing representatives to solve a variety of sourcing will also work closely with Supply Chain to address supply chain issues that relate to the electric distribution system.
Competent use of NESC WAC and other design-based codes and regulations. Assists with formal in-class instruction of Electric Distribution Standards (EDSC). Principally responsible for maintaining and developing the Companys electric distribution construction and material standards.

Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.

In compliance with state laws we provide the full salary range for each position along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications experience and internal equity.
