The Opportunity
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for creating safer healthier and more supportive environments Join the Faculty of Engineering as our Health Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Faculty Lead and help shape a culture where the safety and wellbeing of our staff and students come first.
In this pivotal role you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of a faculty-wide HSW framework that supports our commitment to safety wellbeing and compliance.
- Partner with Faculty leadership to drive a positive proactive HSW culture aligned with the Universitys strategic objectives.
- Influence a team of HSW professionals across the Faculty to ensure the delivery of high-level services and support.
- Apply innovative methodologies and customer-focused strategies to achieve impactful outcomes across all HSW initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and direction at both strategic and operational levels to strengthen HSW capability and performance.
