The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leaders within our Technical Operations (TechOps) function and Quality Assurance.

This role requires a proactive and professional individual who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced and global environment. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and ensuring smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders.

You will join a highly motivated group of Leaders and Scientists and report to the Senior Vice President Technical Operations.

The role is an onsite role in Copenhagen (Valby).

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive high-level administrative support to multiple VPs and an SVP within the TechOps function
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars coordinate meetings and organize internal and external engagements
  • Prepare edit and format professional communications presentations and reports
  • Lead and support the planning and execution of team meetings workshops and business eventsvirtual and in-person
  • Serve as a coordination point across teams and time zones acting as a liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders
  • Own or support special projects tracking timelines and ensuring follow-through
  • Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and team collaboration
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Executive support including preparation of material to executive and board meetings

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a senior-level administrative or executive assistant role ideally in a biotech life sciences or fast-paced global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple leaders with competing priorities
  • Strong project management organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Englishboth written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel); experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint Concur) is a plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change; thrives in building environments and can work autonomously
  • Energetic professional service-oriented and naturally collaborative
