You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Portfolio Manager in the Downer Group Property team which is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Downer property portfolio in support of corporate and business unit needs and initiatives. The property portfolio includes residential commercial and industrial sites dispersed geographically across Australia and New Zealand held under a range of tenures.
The Property Team are responsible for working with stakeholders to establish property needs identify the optimum delivery model (lease licence or acquisition) undertaking any capital works and managing the ongoing property requirements over the life of the asset.
This is a permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office) and you will be part of a collaborative close-knit team.
