About the role
As a Bid Writer you will drive the creation of high-quality proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition demonstrate our expertise and secure strategic opportunities. Your work will directly impact Argon & Cos growth and help shape the future of our consultancy.
Responsibilities
In this role you will collaborate with internal teams to:
- Research analyse and interpret bid documents to understand client requirements and expectations
- Gather and synthesise input from subject-matter experts to develop strong proposal content
- Write and edit persuasive tailored proposals highlighting the organisations strengths and value proposition
- Coordinate the proposal process from initial brief through to submission
- Be the key point of contact for clients throughout the bidding process
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements guidelines and deadlines
- Continuously improve the proposal library templates and content based on feedback and lessons learned
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance proposal quality.
About you
You bring the following skills and experience:
- 3 years of experience in bid writing or proposal development preferably in professional services
- Proven ability to craft persuasive high-quality proposals that win business
- Strong stakeholder management skills to lead collaboration with multiple contributors
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strategic thinking to identify key differentiators and develop winning proposal strategies
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering results.
