General Utility (Dallas TX)
- Pay Rate: $19/hr.
- Shift: 3rd shift (10pm to 6:30am)
- Worker will be 3rd shift primarily but should be available to sometimes work other shifts 2nd shift 2p-10:30p or 1st 6:30am-2pm Normal shift is M-F however candidate must be able to work weekends and holidays OT
- Temporary Contract position with Raise with potential for perm hire with ADM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

- Able to work in a variety of conditions (heat cold dust etc)

Job Summary:
This position is ADMs entry-level position into the plant. The responsibilities of this job are cleaning and filling operator positions in different areas of the plant. Good communication and writing skills are required for this position. Candidate must be able to work overtime weekends rotating shifts and be able to fill the different operator positions throughout the plant after a training period.
Job Responsibilities:
Potential assignments may include but are not limited to:
- Area housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and buildings.
- Assist operations personnel maintenance personnel and supervisors as needed.
- Assist with product handling.
- Movement and operation of forklift skid-steer and front end loaders.
- Rail Operations.
Job Requirements:
- Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures.
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to:
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
- Working in confined spaces and from heights bending kneeling climbing stairs and ladders
- Working in a variety of conditions (heat cold dust etc)
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Shovel material and operate a vacuum
- Willing to work rotating shifts weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed.
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
NB: Relocation benefits are not provided for this position. Candidates are required to provide their own means of transportation to and from work.
