Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman Motorcars is seeking a warm engaging and professional Front Desk Host to be the welcoming face of our dealership representing brands such as Rolls-Royce Bentley and Aston Martin.

Schedule: Four weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 9:00am - 6:00pm and some Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Off on Sundays and one weekday.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all showroom guests and clients
  • Greet visitors with a genuine smile and a polished luxury-brand presence
  • Create a welcoming and refined atmosphere from the moment guests arrive
  • Engage in friendly natural conversation to understand client needs
  • Direct clients to appropriate departments (Sales Service Parts) with professionalism
  • Answer and route incoming calls using premium-brand telephone etiquette
  • Manage appointment scheduling and customer check-ins using dealership software
  • Maintain a pristine front desk and lounge area that reflects our brand standards
  • Assist the Sales Department with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Support marketing events and showroom planning as needed

What Were Looking For:

  • A warm outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand expectations
  • Strong computer skills across multiple platforms including CRM systems and scheduling tools
  • Experience with data entry reporting and customer relationship management
  • Reliable punctual and highly responsible
  • Previous experience in hospitality luxury retail or high-end customer service is a plus
  • Experience in retail sales or event planning is a bonus

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $15.79 - $21.32 USD per hour.
