The WR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation implementation and management of wellness programs initiatives that enhance employee health and well-being within the assigned campaign/s and site/s. This role supports the development of a healthy workplace culture by coordinating programs events and resources designed to reduce stress improve physical and mental health and foster a supportive productive work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Wellness Programming Design and Implementation
Collaborates with third-party providers and mental health professionals to bring expert services to employees as part of wellness initiatives.
Liaises with internal TaskUs stakeholders and vendor clinicians to ensure efficiency in appointment scheduling and accuracy in staffing coverage
Manages event logistics including scheduling vendor coordination budget management and post-event evaluation.
Coordinates logistics scheduling and participant communications for workshops and outreach events on wellness topics
Tracks and ensures all hiring and training requirements are met for the campaign (onboarding company-required training etc).
Ensures compliance in areas of TaskUs policies and HIPAA regulations as applicable.
Well-Being Assessment and Reporting
Coordinates and tracks completion rates of mental health assessments through anonymous surveys or in-house assessments providing insights into workplace mental health trends.
Analyzes assessment data to identify risk factors and trends adjusting wellness programs accordingly to better address common health issues in the workplace.
Tracks participation rates and program success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make data-driven improvements
Recognizes employees in distress and refers them through the proper channels and resources available at TaskUs (vendor clinicians EAP or local resources e.g.).
Data Analysis and Reporting
Assists in creating reports and presents relevant data to specific stakeholders (clients leadership e.g.) on program impact including data on employee engagement satisfaction and improvements in health outcomes.
Maintains organized and up-to-date records to meet client audit requirements.
Tracks and analyzes well-being data and prepares reports as needed
Communication and Advocacy
Serves as an advocate for wellness within the organization encouraging a culture of health and well-being.
Maintains regular communication with employees through newsletters email updates and digital platforms to promote wellness programs and resources.
Collaborates with the WR Team and other stakeholders to integrate wellness into broader well-being policies and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
Creates marketing materials to spotlight wellness initiatives through social media email distributions and other methods of communication.
The WR Coordinator may work in both office and virtual environments with potential travel to different site locations to ensure the wellness program is accessible to all employees.. The person is expected to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. They are expected to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes common to the campaigns being supervised. The person will also support special projects and perform various administrative duties as assigned by the WR leadership while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate of a 4-year college course preferably in Psychology Social Work or similar tracks
Minimum 1 year experience in project management and has demonstrated organizational skills including management of timelines events and budgets.
Highly skilled in wellness program development event planning coordination and delivery of psycho-educational programming
Keen attention to details
Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with employees and management in a rigorous work setting.
Outstanding communication skills with emphasis on listening skills
Above Average fluency in written and spoken English**
A strong desire to help others
Flexibility to work with shifting hours
Highly proficient in utilizing Google Suite programs (Docs Sheets Slides etc)
