About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our small dynamic multi-product design team to help us shape digital services that serve the public sector. Euna is a mission-driven company where you will work on high-impact projects that improve how people interact with government systemsmaking them more accessible efficient and human-centered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end design for multiple products with a focus on our Grants product.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring features from wireframes to prototypes to high-definition designs.
- Lead and conduct user research sessions including interviews usability tests surveys and more.
- Translate those research sessions into actionable insights including but not limited to user personas and journey maps.
- Present designs and user insights clearly to key stakeholders including non-designers.
- Ensure accessibility inclusivity and usability best practices are atthe forefront of your design process.
Who You Are
- You are passionate about workingfor a mission-driven company and designing for good.
- Years are only a number but you have had 2years of experience designing for a SaaS organization with a focus on web applications.
- You have a strong portfolio that communicates collaboration creativity and innovative approaches to problem solving.
- You are organized and self-driven. You can prioritize manage and work on multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality or standards.
- You have worked with Figma extensively understand how to work within design systems and create proto types to communicate your ideas to broader product and engineering teams.
- Details matter to you. Poor organization hierarchies or spacing bothers you. Pixel perfection is something you strive for but you also understand when you need to sacrifice perfection to hit a launch date.
- Designing can be an introverted profession but you work well with other designers and take feedback thoughtfully.
- Yourecurious. The government tech space can be confusing and complex at times but youre interestedin learning about it and helping clearly communicate it to others.
- You understand how accessibility standards like the ADA andWCAG fit intothe design process so that your designs can be used byeveryone.
Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville Ontario office. (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)
