Job Description

At Acelero Learning Delaware were transforming early childhood educationand were looking for flexible dedicated team players to support our mission. As a Floater youll step into classrooms across age groups (infants toddlers and preschoolers) to provide consistent care support teachers and ensure every child has what they need to thrive.


What Youll Do
As a Floater you will:

  • Support classrooms as needed assisting teachers in maintaining a safe engaging and nurturing learning environment.

  • Help implement daily routines including mealtimes rest play and instructional activities.

  • Engage with children in meaningful developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

  • Assist with classroom management transitions and individual support for children.

  • Foster positive relationships with children families and staff to create a strong sense of community.

  • Step in wherever neededincluding mealtime support or transitionsto keep daily operations running smoothly.


Who You Are

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Caring dependable and flexible able to adapt quickly to different classroom needs.

  • Passionate about supporting childrens development and well-being.

  • A strong team player able to collaborate with teachers and staff.

  • Reflective and growth-minded with a willingness to learn.

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred).

  • Pass a physical exam and background check.

  • Valid drivers license or reliable transportation required.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children throughout the day.

This position earns up to 16.50 Hourly
