Envision is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join the team as Vice Chief of Anesthesia at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. Minimum experience of 3-5 years preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 26 anesthetists. The established practice is a sister site to AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Carrollwood. This team which has been in existence for over 30 years provides a full range of anesthesia services except for trauma and transplants.
The Vice Chief duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts interviewing attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires
