Job Title: CNA / BHT - Days 7a-7p (Float Pool - Adult Psych)
Location: Montana
Short Description:
We are seeking experienced Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) or Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our Float Pool for night shifts (7a-7pa) at MSH. Candidates must have experience in adult psychiatric facilities and strong skills in de-escalation techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing oral hygiene dressing and meals.
Perform health-related tasks such as taking and recording vital signs collecting specimens and assisting in emergencies.
Safely transport residents to appointments and provide support as needed.
Monitor residents behavior report observations and document accurately.
Support a safe respectful environment with effective de-escalation when necessary.
Qualifications:
Montana CNA Certification (required).
Minimum 2 years experience working in a psychiatric facility.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
CPI Certification (highly desired).
1 year of travel contract experience (required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to observe report and record accurately.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Shift Requirements:
Night shift (7a-7p).
Open shift availability preferred.
Float Pool position (must be flexible).
Pay Package Details
13 Weeks
36 Hours Per Week
$10.56 Hourly taxable
$25.00 OT Hourly taxable
$320.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$500.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
$380.16 Taxable
$820.00 Tax Free
$1200.16 Weekly Before Taxes
