Job Summary
Cedar Park Group is seeking experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technicians (Residential & Commercial) to join our team immediately. If you have strong technical skills hands-on expertise with HVAC systems and a commitment to safe and efficient operations we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
HVAC System Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine inspections diagnostics service and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces rooftop units chillers boilers air handling units and hot water tanks
- Install and maintain HVAC equipment with precision including copper pipe sweating and system calibration
- Service and troubleshoot refrigeration units (large and small) temperature/humidity control systems air compressors backup generators and high-pressure hot water systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance clean adjust and repair systems to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all systems meet compliance health and safety standards
- Temperature & Air Quality Control
- Monitor and adjust temperature humidity and airflow in different settings (residential homes healthcare facilities large commercial buildings)
- Calibrate thermostats sensors and control systems
- Maintain accurate service records for inspections maintenance schedules and repairs
- Follow OSHA EPA and industry best practices for safety and compliance
Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC experience (residential commercial or mixed-use preferred)
- Stationary engineering background a plus
- Skilled in installation troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems and refrigeration units
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance protocols and industry standards
- Must have own tools (e.g. electric testers wrenches screwdrivers etc.)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- EPA certification preferred
