**Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours**Recruitment Range -$34270.00 - $57000.00Join our dedicated team at the Charlotte VR/IL Unit Office where youll play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful employment and greater independence. This position supports Rehabilitation Counselors and works directly with consumers in Mecklenburg County providing hands-on assistance that helps them prepare for secure and maintain competitive employment.
In this role youll assist with job-seeking skills job retention training job placement job coaching and follow-up services. Working closely with Rehabilitation Counselors youll help identify vocational goals match consumers with opportunities that fit their skills and interests and connect them to positions within the community. You will also document all services provided in alignment with each consumers individualized rehabilitation plan.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree in a human services or business field such as human resources marketing business administration business management healthcare management or public administration from an appropriately accredited institution;
OR
Associates degree in a human services or business field (identified above) from an appropriately accredited institutionand two years of directly related work experience;
OR
High school or General Educational Development (GED)and four years of directly related work experience;
OR

Military Experience
