Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Chief Assistant Technical Services Officer will be responsible for:
- To provide support and advice in relation to the management of the estate including project management estate maintenance environmental management and infrastructural risk management.
- To ensure implementation of MMUH policies and procedures in managing the estate including support for service managers.
- To manage the delivery of individual projects as well as projects relating to Infrastructural Risk matters.
- To manage projects and service contracts in a safe manner including arrangements for the management of directly employed staff and contractors engaged.
- To work in a collaborative manner in relation to estates issues and service requirements.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign from which current and future permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
