Design engineer is responsible for Safety/Control valves design to meet customer requirements and ensuring compliance to codes & industry regulations.

As a Design Engineer you will be responsible for:

Executing the design analysis or evaluation of assigned projects to develop safety valves meeting customer application needs and specification requirements.

Using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards practices procedures and product / program requirements.

Reviewing customer specifications and translate customer specification in to order instructions for manufacturing of safety or control valves.

Providing bills of material drawing information test specifications and processing instructions for meeting quality and manufacturing requirements of the product.

Supporting sales to provide technical design solutions for complex safety valve application.

Being responsible for other duties include driving engineering process and productivity/simplification improvements.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

Have 5 years of industrial experience in mechanical equipment design.

Have Knowledge of ASME Codes & Standards and SAP ERP system.

Have interpersonal and leadership skills.

Have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting machining welding cutting etc.

Have experience with ASME VIII & B16.34 and PED 3D design (Solidworks) mechanical design & tech writing.
