Role Overview:

Reporting directly into the Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for 31 one bank accounts month end bank reconciliations. Monthly DD run and Payment runs.

Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities):

• Ensuring the Cash is on the customers accounts by close of
• Non-operational banks once a week
• Reconcile all bank accounts so they balance by the end of each day
• Month end reconciliation for all bank accounts
• Raise payments twice a month for Suppliers
• DD run for Credit Control
• Bank account checking Via Addax Audis
• Raise manual payments as and when needed.

The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills):

• You will have 3 years experience working within an Accounts Department
• Full training will be provided in relation to the systems and processes used within the business.
