Were looking for a reliable proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Admin to become the right hand to our owner and help us manage day-to-day operations across both F45 Coral Springs and Hopson Health Wellness.
What Youll Do
- Oversee studio operations during key shifts (F45)
- Handle admin tasks: membership updates scheduling inventory client follow-ups
- Support and coordinate with the sales team
- Help manage social media posts content and engagement
- Act as a bridge between owner and staff handling misc. tasks projects and communications
- Assist with community outreach & event coordination
- Highly dependable detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong communicator and team leader
- Able to multitask prioritize and work independently
- Passionate about fitness health and helping people succeed
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace basic CRM/social media tools)
- Bonus: Experience in fitness wellness customer service or small business admin
- Hourly Pay: $19$24/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 2530 per week (flexible scheduling options)
