About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Designer to craft visually compelling stories across
digital print and event touchpoints. From social media to pitch decks youll play a
key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring design consistency across
channels.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team at our
Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities
Website Content: Design and update landing pages banners and on-site
creatives.
Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts stories and ad
creatives across platforms.
Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics headers and supporting
visuals for articles.
Emails: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
Print & Event Collateral: Design banners booths brochures and
merchandise for events.
Pitch Decks: Build sleek professional and brand-aligned presentations.
Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic
animations to enhance digital content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing
and communication channels.

Requirements
25 years of design experience in marketing creative agencies or startups.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital print and motion design work.
Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g. After Effects
Premiere Pro Final Cut CapCut Canva or equivalents).
Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best
practices.
Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing
sales and product teams.

Nice to Have
Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot).
Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
