Permanent 35 hours per week Monday Friday 9am to 5pm.

About the role
As a Special Projects Coordinator you will ensure the smooth operation of critical systems and processes supporting the overall transformation projects within the organisation. We have a very ambitious transformation plan so this role is perfect if you want to really make a difference to our customers.
You will be responsible for managing system upgrades providing guidance to colleagues and identifying more opportunities for system improvements. Your ability to work closely with stakeholders will ensure that system changes are implemented and trained out effectively contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service to residents and creating a positive impact within the community we serve. This is a great role for someone who is keen to progress into other roles within our organisation over time.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Delivering change in our organisation: support system changes upgrades and key transformation projects across the whole cycle. Youll be testing specifications to make sure they are robust creating procedure guides and delivering training sessions to ensure successful implementation
- Technical Support: You will be a key point of contact for front-line colleagues providing technical support and guidance to resolve system related queries quickly and efficiently
- Procedure Guides Hero: Lead the creation and maintenance of documentation including procedure guides and specifications
- Training Guru: organise and deliver training events briefings and workshops to ensure colleagues have the knowledge and skills to adopt system changes seamlessly
- Troubleshooting Star: work with third party suppliers and our internal IT team to address user queries work through technical issues and ensure timely solutions are implemented

Salary
The salary for the Special Projects Coordinator is 39529 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
Eager to learn keen on IT and an outstanding verbal and written communicator. We are always keen to talk to people who are passionate about developing their skills further. As a minimum youll bring:
- Significant experience supporting core business systems providing troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues
- Experience working in an ITIL environment specifically in incident problem change and release management activities
- Proficient in delivering technical support working directly with users and liaising with third party suppliers where required
- Experience in user acceptance testing and managing system upgrades ensuring successful transition to new solution
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- IT literacy and the ability to work with operational software including the ability to author and deliver training sessions
