The Internal Medicine Residency began in 2022 and will have 24 Residents (8-8-8) and is a community-based program Sebring Florida. We have a full-scope medical staff program many resources available including the team in Orlando.
Responsibilities:
To provide mentoring teaching and supervision of the faculty residents and students in the Internal Medicine Program.
Assists the program director in mentoring and providing critical evaluations of the clinical and teaching effectiveness of the internal medicine residents and program.
Practice and teach full-spectrum Internal Medicine.
Teach didactics and assist in leading curriculum development.
Interviewing and recruiting faculty for the clinic maintaining adequate physician staffing at the clinical site performing yearly reviews of faculty goals & accomplishments providing direct clinical care to patients teaching of Internal Medicine medical students and residency training in the clinic location and conducting research.
