The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 to $25.00 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role
- Safely operate reach trucks cherry pickers and sit-down forklifts to move/pick product throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and storage areas.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Pick stage and transport materials according to work orders and inventory systems.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits.
- Accurately complete required paperwork and system entries for material movement.

- Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Valid certification or license to operate reach trucks cherry pickers and sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips manifests and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
