Your Role:
At Tenable our mission is to help businesses stay safe by detecting security vulnerabilities early and help our customers manage risks and prioritize resolution efforts. Evolve in a fascinating environment where business experts are also Engineers. Do something good by defending businesses around the world. Learn daily about new attack patterns and software vulnerabilities. The products (Tenable One and Tenable Identity Exposure) youll work on aim at securing Identity Providers and Identities accesses across all kinds of business applications. Our products are at the cutting edge of technology implementing the most innovative cybersecurity techniques in vulnerability assessment entitlement visualization standards compliance tracking and much more. Our organization works with a modern technical stack relying on automated tests continuously deploying backed by a modern devops toolset. We always aim at having a Customer Centric approach delivering innovative features by working closely with Product Managers and UX Designers.
Your Opportunity:
- Lead a team both in a product owner and a people manager capacity.
- Ensure the quarter roadmap is clearly defined and broken down into sprint delivering functional increments of value.
- Help the team understand the product and users.
- Embrace teamwork and agility.
- Hire grow motivate and manage performances of your team members.
- Be an agent of Tenables culture and values an agent of change.
- Establish your teams process & facilitate your teams meetings.
What Youll Need:
- You have managed teams for several years.
- You have been responsible for roadmaps product decisions and providing reliable estimates of delivery dates.
- You have battle tested techniques to refine broad features into well crafted functional User Stories.
- You handle emergencies well quickly navigating ambiguous situations and providing clear work prioritization.
- A solid background in software engineering is required to understand the technical issues our teams are facing.
- Your ultimate satisfaction comes from creating great products that make a difference for their users.
