We are currently looking for a Solventless Harvester to join our cultivation team here in St. Johns! The Solventless Harvester is responsible for meticulously preparing harvested flower for solventless extraction with a strong focus on preserving trichomes terpene profiles and overall product quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meticulously hand-trim wet flowers prioritizing trichome preservation and minimizing resin loss.

• Identify and separate premium flower destined for solventless extraction from unusable waste material.

• Adapt trimming techniques to various strains to maintain the integrity of trichomes and terpene profiles.

• Accurately weigh batch and prepare flower for consistent and efficient solventless extraction.

• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools equipment and workstations throughout and at the end of each shift.

• Adhere to all company SOPs state/local regulations and compliance requirements for cannabis handling and processing.

• Collaborate with cultivation and extraction teams to ensure premium starting material for high-quality concentrates.

• Identify and report any quality issues such as pests mold or plant inconsistencies during processing.

• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.

• Assist with the implementation of company policies standard operating procedures and performance standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance security protocols access protocols dress code and work schedules.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 21 years of age or older.

• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.

• Previous cannabis trimming harvesting or cultivation experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

This job position may involve exposure to cannabis cannabis odors and cannabis smoke which is a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law.
