Job Description

A healthcare company is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient appointments and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills organizational ability and the professionalism to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing patient appointments and coordinating provider schedules

  • Communicating with patients exclusively over the phone to arrange visits

  • Verifying patient information and updating scheduling systems

  • Coordinating with providers to ensure efficient scheduling flow

  • Assisting with rescheduling cancellations and follow-up appointments

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a scheduling or medical office role preferred

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented with a professional patient-focused demeanor
