Our client is expanding and seeks a dynamic strategic and inspiring Bid Manager to join their Business Development team and drive transformative growth.

This senior role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact tender submissions shape competitive strategies and make a meaningful difference in communities. As a Bid Manager youll play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities by delivering compelling high-quality bids that align with our clients mission.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end tender applications ensuring timely competitive and high-quality submissions.
  • Develop pricing strategies guiding costings and demonstrating value.
  • Craft persuasive evidence-based bid content that stands out.
  • Collaborate across teams inspiring colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
  • Build and maintain a library of winning bid content while continuously improving processes.
  • Leverage market intelligence and innovative tools (including AI) to stay ahead of the competition.

What Youll Bring:

  • Proven senior-level experience in bid or tender management (health and social care knowledge is advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear compelling narratives.
  • Robust project management research and digital skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
  • A passion for creating positive impact and aligning with a purpose-driven mission.
